A Building Energy Rating (BER) certificate evaluates your home's energy efficiency on a scale from A to G. Homes with an A rating are the most energy efficient, whereas those with a G rating are the least efficient.  

You do not require a BER assessment prior to works if you have had a BER assessment in the last six years, with no renovation work being carried out since then.

To receive financial support from Flogas for your project, the works need to be carried out by a professional installer and must meet the necessary standards and regulations.
