Examples of such upgrades include installing heat pumps, upgrading to a more efficient boiler or heating system, adding wall, roof, or attic insulation, replacing windows and doors with energy-efficient versions, and improving lighting. 

To receive support from Flogas, a home energy assessment is required before the work begins, which involves a BER assessment followed by an inspection once the upgrades are completed. All upgrades must be performed by a professional installer and must meet the necessary standards and regulations. Local Authorities and Housing Bodies

Flogas Energy works with local authorities and approved housing bodies to support projects aimed at enhancing their overall energy ratings. This support includes providing financial assistance for premises with a BER rating of D2 or worse, helping to improve these homes to a B2 rating or better.
